As the opening Director of Engineering for Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley, Joel understands the demands of both new hotel openings and ongoing asset management. That experience helps Fortified identify risks early, strengthen building systems, and protect long-term asset value.

Ben Robin brings more than 15 years of experience in hotel engineering, construction, and facilities leadership. His background includes luxury and boutique hospitality, multi-property operations, preventative maintenance programs, and complex capital projects. As a licensed general contractor, Ben brings a practical, hands-on perspective to Fortified, helping clients protect their assets, reduce operational risk, and execute projects with long-term performance in mind.

Alyssa Robin brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience, including over a decade as a hotel General Manager. Most recently, she led the opening and operations of Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley, the brand’s first U.S. property. Her firsthand understanding of hotel operations, capital planning, guest experience, and financial performance gives Fortified an operator’s perspective that helps clients make smarter, more strategic decisions.
